Nvidia CEO: We’re Shifting In the direction of a Crypto Metaverse

In dialog with Venturebeat online game reporter Dean Takahashi, Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang stated he believes “we’re proper on the cusp” of a blockchain-based augmented actuality metaverse.

Equally, rapper MF Doom’s final recognized artistic mission was a set of AR MF Doom masks. These NFTs will be displayed in digital worlds, like in artwork galleries on Decentraland.

Nvidia and crypto

Nvidia is not any stranger to digital currencies. Pushed by the recognition of their graphics drivers in crypto mining operations, Nvidia launched in February a graphics card for Ethereum miners: The Nvidia CMP (Cryptocurrency Mining Processor). 

In late Spring, the corporate introduced that it was chopping the hash energy of three of its hottest graphics playing cards to maintain avid gamers glad.
